Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Orders placed before 2pm are eligible for next day delivery (Monday-Thursday). Orders placed outside of these times cannot be guaranteed for next day. 
  • All purchases are dispatched and delivered in discreet packaging.
  • Customers will receive their orders depending on the delivery method chosen. Royal Mail tracked delivery is between 3 and 5 days, Royal Mail tracked 24 is within 1 – 2 days and UK Mail next day service will be the next working day excluding Saturday and Sunday. 
  • In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your delivery, please email us with your invoice/purchase number and we will endeavour to resolve the issue. 
  • Once your order has been dispatched and received by a courier we are no longer liable for any loss or damage, we will, of course, be happy to assist you if your goods don’t arrive or are damaged.
  • In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, Another Way To Play will offer you a partial refund or an alternative item. Should the cost of the replacement item be less than the original, we will refund you the difference or cover the cost if it is a more expensive item. All orders are placed on hold if an item is out of stock, if we do not receive any correspondence within 7 days, we will continue to process your order without the ‘out of stock’ item and you will be refunded for that item. If you have paid for ‘Next Day’ delivery but not received your order due to an item being out of stock, placing your order on hold, we will issue a partial refund of £2.00 (downgraded to Standard delivery).
